Participants will explore four exciting tracks, each guided by a Spider-Verse character and their unique worldview:

⚡ Health & Wellness
Innovate for well-being — physical, mental, or emotional. From healthcare accessibility to fitness tech, build solutions that empower healthier lives.

Flow of Event

This ideathon unfolds in three dynamic stages, each testing creativity, clarity, and presentation:

Stage 1: Abstract Submission
Submit your idea name and a brief abstract summarizing your concept, its purpose, and potential impact.

Stage 2: PPT Submission
Shortlisted teams will present their ideas in detail through a PowerPoint presentation, highlighting innovation, feasibility, and implementation strategy.

Stage 3: Offline Pitching
Finalists will bring their ideas to life through an in-person pitch before our judges — showcasing creativity, confidence, and real-world applicability.

SRM Ideathon – Solstice | Round 1: Abstract Submission

Hey Innovators!
The first round of SRM Ideathon – Solstice

This round marks your first step into the multiverse of ideas, where creativity meets purpose. Your task is to submit a clear, well-structured Abstract Document (PDF) that highlights your project’s core idea, problem statement, and proposed approach.

Focus on originality, feasibility, and relevance to your chosen track — this is your moment to make a strong first impression!

What to Include in Your Submission
Your PDF should be neatly formatted and include the following details in order:
  1. Team Name

  2. Team Members 

  3. Track (choose from Environment & Sustainability, Smart Living, Smart Manufacturing, or Health & Wellness)

  4. Project Title

  5. Problem Statement

  6. Abstract – Maximum 200 words

  7. Introduction – Maximum 350 words

Submission Details

Format: Single PDF file

  • Deadline: 25th October

  • File Name Format: TeamName_Solstice_Round1.pdf

  • Ensure your document is clear, concise, and visually well-presented, effectively conveying your idea’s purpose, innovation, and impact.

All participants are expected to follow the Submission Guidelines (See Resources Tab).
Any failure to comply may result in penalties or disqualification at the discretion of the organizers.
